Hi all,

We just moved into an 1877 colonial and discovered an issue. The house has a 30 year old wrap around brick porch that is screened in in one section. One of the sections of the porch is uncovered, and the porch seems to slope toward the house. Water pools up against the screened in section and is rotting the woodwork and it actually creates puddles in the screened in porch. The porch is about 2 feet off the ground. What are my options for leveling the porch, or diverting the water. I appreciate any advice.
