Naah, tomato plants have Steven-Segal-class roots. Those grubs are also everywhere. The half dozen the guy found? Just a drop in the bucket. Unless there's a specific "attack" happening to your plants, ignore them. The intensive poisoning required to get them all might be bad for you. When I find grubs (all the time) I toss them on the roof. It's flat. It's not an anti-grub thing; I do it for the mockingbirds and they all get eaten.

If the grubs really do present a problem (probably they will just decrease yield a little), you could try beneficial nematodes. Here's a good brief on how that works and a list of sellers.

Grubs are here too but are not out of control and I've never done anything about it either. The problem they cause (I think, but could be wrong since it's hard to see what's happening) is animals dig up the soil around plant roots and damage them.

Ok thanks Grubby. I di read their are oranic ways to get rid of them, alto feeding the birds seems a better idea, plus fat birds = happy birds!
