My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I'm only seeing a bottom view. Do you have side and in a room view? You mention 3' wide, do you do 40-42" ? How tall is the chandelier and what's the bulb wattage? Length of electrical cord for hooking up? Our ceiling would require at least 12-14 feet. Thank you! Perugini at wave cable dot com.
