Here's a weekend project for anyone that wants to add one more water feature in a small space like on a deck, porch or balcony. It's designed for a small pump and aquatic plants for outdoor use but could be used indoors say over a winter and some of the aquatics like papyrus and umbrella palm might be OK near a window.
