My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Siding and soffit material?

Is the white siding and soffit both fiber cement? If not, what material? Love this house!!

    Siding is CVG red cedar factory primed and all the trim is Azek. Roof is Certainteed Landmark Moire Black. The house looks even better these days with mature landscaping. I took the photo above before the lawn had even grown (it's just top soil in the photo).
