My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Elegant Dining & Family Room Before and After

last modified: 11 years ago

These two rooms really needed to be restored to the beauty they once had. We refinished the original late 1800's oak floors, added wainscoting, a new paint scheme, lighting, and some stone to the fireplace. Sorry about the poor quality on the before photos.

Lovely-the only "complaint" I have is the ceiling fan....truly not the right "style" -to modern looking, but if you love it that's all that matters. :)

Beautiful. Did you use a different floor for the bay window?

All of the flooring was original, I believe at some point in time the bay window was added and parquet flooring was used. We sanded everything down and refinished in the dark color.
