Hello dear friends

This is first time I am growing chamomile and the flowers are coming abundantly. In my first and second harvest, everything looked great. However, from my third harvest around 15 days back, I am noticing that when I pick the flowers and keep it my my drying tray, few small ant like insects crawl out of the yellow part.

What are these? Is this normal? How should I get rid of them.

In addition, I am also noticing that the flowers that are forming also have a visible black part in the center of yellow part if the flower. Gradually it does reduce but I did not notice this phenomenon in the earlier picked flower.

Can someone help me.
