My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thank you. The base curtain is from IKEA and we added the panel of fabric. One of my favorite "custom window treatment" tricks. :)

    We made the table from an old/discarded bowling alley lane, covered in a zillion coats of resin (it likes to seep out thru the cracks). Metal was fabricated for the sides and plumbing pipes cut for the base. It was a much more complicated project than I had intended or planned on...but aren't they all sometimes. :)
