My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    This fabric is a cotton twill upholstery that is 56" wide. I would suggest ordering a swatch for seeing type of fabric. 1 yard will give you the full repeat with all the color registers and design, which is $64./yard. You can call me at 484/597-6663 to place that order.
