I Would go with a very simple frame above your bed. We have a few different signs the say LOVE with beautiful background to add some colour.

I choose this photo because it has a beautiful outdoor picture with a glass frame allowing your background wall colour to come through. This gives the room a settle but detailed look.

A distressed multi-paned mirror has a shabby chic look and will work well with the white bedding and the brown/greys in your lampshade. On the bed, add soft grey and/or beige pillows for a casual look and place a mocha mohair throw or a matelasse coverlet across the bottom of the bed.
