My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I have been working on a photo collage wall for our hallway forever and am having trouble finding cute frames with character (eg. not all Pottery Barn frames). can't find a good source - suggestions?

    flea markets and consignment shops...just remove old art and insert your own. Also, offer to swap frames with friends. Happy Hunting!

    Go for one nail hole per frame: get frames that comes with a hanging template, or make your own with scrap paper. It's the key to getting it just right – it'll save your sanity AND your walls!
