Your room is lovely. I like the blue walls and whitish woodwork very much. The 2 pictures on the fireplace wall work perfectly, and the sconces on the window wall are great. I would add a window treatment that doesn't mask your windows; either 2" white blinds with pale blue-gray or black ladder tape, or roman shades (off-white, maybe with a pale blue ticking stripe). If you don't want a window treatment, you could put a low narrow bench under the windows. West Elm has a couple of interesting choices. Also, it would be nice if you could find a way to raise your TV 4-6" above the mantle.

It's ok to have some empty floor space in a room. You are bordering on too much furniture now. It would be best to remove one of the recliners from the room but given that that they are probably the most used item in the room, I would consider getting a small console for your TV to give you more flexibility to move the TV. Because of the size of the recliners you only have two choices either to have the recliners where they are or the other side of the room near the fireplace. It would be lovely to have the two small chairs side by side across from the sofa and one recliner in it's present position but not sure what to do with the other. In the corner near the sofa?

Patriciarhall is absolutely right about pulling those chairs out a bit from the corners. And if it's as narrow as it looks, you don't need anything on the window wall. Since you said you were almost done decorating the room, I'm assuming you're happy with the general position of the furniture in the picture. Pictures can distort the dimensions of a room, depending on the lens. Is the room long and somewhat narrow?

A couple of narrow long ottomans can be neat and add extra seating.

It is a tight squeeze to get into the room. Can you move the light brown recliner and use the couch instead for TV? That alone would make the room more welcoming. If not, perhaps consider a smaller sidetable so you can create a bigger gap to get in. Something on the windows, and moving the furniture in a bit, maybe adjusting the cowhide and coffee table a bit would cozy it up.

Or I would consider moving one of the sidechairs--either next to the other by the window or into a bedroom, and pushing the couch and end tables down to give more room for the recliner.

Something about this room bothers me and I think it might be all the seats and you have no room to get into the room. It almost feels like a waiting room to me, sorry. I would get two matching consoles to flank the fireplace, one to hold the tv and the other for storage. I would put the tv on the left one. I would move the two pictures above the fireplace and remove the other stuff on the mantle. A picture of the couch area would help too.

I would change the blue on the walls. Maybe a warmer color. But if the walls must stay that color I'd add more of the same blue in accessories...Maybe some pillows or a something reflective like blue glass. I'd pick that beautiful cowhide up off the floor and put it over the back of the sofa. Then I'd move the two matching chairs opposite the leather sofa and remove one of the recliners. That way you have a conversation area and you can still watch TV. I'd put in some shelving that flanks the fireplace. It looks like you like a western look. I wouldn't be afraid of that.

The beige chairs do look a bit "tucked" into the corner of the fireplace and I too have to wonder how you are entering the room. It's hard to visualize a solution to your stated problem (blank window wall) when these other things are a distraction. :-) I do love the colors; your prints, the hide rug, the pillows. Ignoring the window wall a second, and adding in what others have suggested, I think you might need another rug near your hearth and a more square coffee table too. A slender console table against the window might create a nice display area and focus your view - especially with some plants to enjoy the sunlight, in some terracotta and white containers. I could even see some beige/tan drapes flanking this ... if there is room, and they didn't scrunch up against the pretty sconces.

Would the 2 small chairs fit in front of the windows not centered but across from the sofa that I would move toward the fireplace. Then angle the 2 recliners one to each side to create better flow into the room. On the windows I would use a fabric roman shade, or a lined woven wood roman shade. Great colors. Good luck to you.

I think either cellular shades or 2'' blinds would look really nice in those windows. They would fit nicely inside the frames. Cellular shades are available top down bottom up which allows you many options for light and privacy
