It is called the Flemish Medium Round Chandelier. It comes in this Aged Iron or a Gilded Iron finish. You can find it for sale at vendors here on Houzz or search the web for vendors like Neena's Lighting or Lighting New York and others who also sell it. A lovely fixture.
