My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

where can I get the chandelier and lantern lighting?

    I work for Artesia kitchen and bath, but I happen to be located inside a Ferguson showroom in Las Vegas Nevada. I showed Grace Royals (our lighting expert) this picture and she assured me that the lighting fixture above the island is from Hudson Valley Lighting. It is from the Hampton collection and the style number is 254-PN-C1. If you are interested in purchasing this fixture please contact Grace Royals at Ferguson (702) 368-2284. We can ship anywhere in the USA. I hope that this helps!

      I just sold three of those same lights to a customer for over their island, only difference, they were in the OB finish.

      The large fixture is a "Double Twist" available through Circa Lighting or Visual Comfort. I am pretty sure the island lights are from Circa too.
