We live on a lake! There is a screened porch between our LR and the view. We want to take the screened porch & incorporate into our LR and make a MBR in the front of the house. Here is our floor plan with the 336 soft as a previous garage which we are using as a pantry/utility room. Would like to add four ft along the front of the house = a total of 612 sft. How can it be done including a MBA and walkin closet? Photo shows deck in front = 34 ft across front. Any suggestions?
