This is a tricky shape, thats for sure! But I would recommend containing hanging rods to the wall opposite the door and along the wall adjacent to the hinges of the door. This way you have somewhere to stand when inside. The wall on the right should be used for shallow drawers, cubby holes and shelves not exceeding the width of the wall the door is on so nothing is obstructing the entry way. Shelves and drawers for remaining walls, a corner cabinet between the rods on either wall and shelves below each rod low enough to not interfere with hanging clothes. Try to keep materials light in colors and if possible add more light, that alone will help make it feel bigger. Keep us posted, this will be a neat project.

Perhaps have the hanging rods along two sides of the closet in order to free up some floor space.
