I don't believe in marking up products; they already cost enough. But I do charge a small fee for picking up materials to cover gas and vehicle use. My breakdowns on an invoice are always simple and easy to understand and because of not marking up materials I include a copy of the receipts for warranty purposes. This insures that the client knows exactly where their money is going and has tangible results to show for it! The way it should be.

We are delighted we hired Dan from Eco-Bros for a variety of jobs around our house. We've had some hits and misses hiring from Kijiji, but Dan is a gem. His professionalism, work ethic and integrity are refreshing. He is always on time, communicates well, and has a broad range of job skills. He was able to solve some really challenging problems that go along with working on a century home. He has high expectations for quality of work and attending to details but still able to get jobs done in a timely manner. We have hired him for numerous jobs and will be hiring him again. Dan of Eco-bros is the best contractor I've ever worked with! He is super nice, funny, and respectful. He keeps his word and communicates clearly and often. He gives thorough quotes and sticks to them. He's not afraid to say when something is outside his expertise (which doesn't happen often). And his rates are very very competitive. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him for any job, large or smalll! In fact, we have already secured him to do several large jobs (flooring and two bathroom renos) next spring.
