Need help with finding a solution to hide pantry, washer/dryer.

We just demoed our pantry, utility, washer dryer area to make room for a staircase that needs to be built for our new attic conversion. We are moving everything to one wall in the space and are having a hard time figuring out how to cover the area when not in use. My husband and I thought to install sliding doors but realize that with the dimensions the doors won't be spaced correctly and are also having a challenge finding doors tall enough. We're thinking we would need three to make it work. The space to the left will be our utility closet (2 feet wide), the space in the middle is for our stack-able washer and dryer (3 feet wide) and the space on the right will be our pantry (2 feet 6 inches). We will be building custom cabinets to fit. I attached a picture of the demoed area. Our home is a 1922 Craftsman colonial so we want the new space to reflect that. Our brains are twisting to make it all work. Hoping some of you might have a better solution than we do. Thanks for your help!
