There are many stock cabinets available in the big box stores. You could add storage all the way to the ceiling and along the wall where the wire racks are, add a hanging rod below, put a pull-out between the washer and dryer, and even add a folding surface along the top. The machines can also be placed on a wood platform, as long as the plumbing and electrical still reach. You could even incorporate drawers.
