My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What does reclaimed wood like this run? I just have no idea if going this route is more gentle on the budget it not. It's gorgeous!Thanks!!

    It is hard to say. It is not a budget option. Figure roughly $80-100/sf
