Hi there, thanks for your question! The Avalon 2pc Sectional is extremely popular and very cozy as well ;) It's handmade to order right here in the USA too! Great choice. The seat depth measurement (front of seat cushion to beginning of back cushion) is listed at 25"d. This can be a somewhat subjective measurement, of course, because the back cushions are soft and pillowy (and also detachable and removable as well for cleaning if necessary). Usually there is a few inches of give when you sit back into a sofa seat/back cushion.

All in all, the Avalon is a great choice for those who both like to have their feet on the floor while sitting on the sofa and also is deep and wide enough to pick your feet up on and curl up with a good book or favorite pet! Please let us know if you have any other questions or thoughts and we'd be happy to assist you further!
