The tile size is 12 x 24 and we stacked them vertically. The floor is the same size tile, but we pinwheeled the tile pattern.

How high were these stacked? My ceiling is a little under 7 so I'll have room for about 3 and 1/3.

It was an eight foot ceiling and we dropped the ceiling in shower 6" to run crown around room, so we only had 90" (7'-6") We split the difference top and bottom, so we didn't have a little cut tile at the top. We spaced equally with our cut tiles; leaving full tiles in the center.

With a ceiling less than 7 ft do you think vertical will add look of height or not so much? depth is 4 ft and width is 6 ft; originally leaned toward stacked horizontal with mosaic at eye length for break as I'm unsure vertical will really made a difference in appearance of height???
