My first question would be do you need a 48" range . I have a small catering company along with a design service and have a 36" range which is enough even on a busy day. I do however also have a double full sized wall oven . My range is all gas and the wall ovens are electric all are convection. My range is a Bertazzoni and I love it.

There are many options at many price points in a 48" or similar size. Your budget would be a good starting point, and knowing whether you are looking for a "standard" stainless steel pro-style range or something a little different & unique might help!

Cheers,
