Carpet? Vacation rental property?

Hi again

My first question was about LVT, which will go in all living areas but not stairs and not bedrooms. I do not want slippery option on stairs due liability risks. So I am looking for a carpet that is "almost" commercial but short pile, "flecked" "2 toned" "salt n pepper" as some may call it....basic beige/sandy colour, great stain resistance and will hide the day to day marks that you get in a rental. I have looked but I am so confused......

Can anyone pinpoint one I should try?

Hello again! Go with a commercial carpet, OR use a non-slip finish on the stairs, still with your vinyl. Non-slip finishes are available separately, or as mixes into the paint. There are also stick-down strips with a lot of grip, so good that someone would really have to work at it to slip.
