My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Stunning. What is the square footage of this home? And is the roof flat or sloped? So great to see this style of home in the Midwest.

    Thanks Jamie! We do not share size or costs of homes out of respect for our clients. The house is mostly flat roofs but the tallest roof form is sloped. We are seeing a dramatic increase in the demand for modern flat roofed houses.
