what kind of exterio panels are these?

Did you still apply a rainscreen behind the panels? Are the extruded aluminum canal pieces a specific brand, like "Fry Reglet?" I ask b/c I'm a homeowner in Michigan trying to achieve a similar look. Its tough finding a builder who understands modern materials and where to get them in the Detroit suburbs. Are there any issues w/ warping during installation? Any feedback how panels perform in four seasons? I also see stainless hex screws on the surface. Nice touch.

Also, what brand of windows were used? They look like clear anodized aluminum.

Finally, are the panels painted? Or a standard Hardie color like "Iron Grey?"

CRL supplies these channels and many others and you don't need visible screws in the middle of the panel if you want a cleaner look.

Where did you find the outside seating chairs? What brand are they? thx
