My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I designed the sofa back table and had Jeremy Montgomery, who also fabricated the railings, make this. It is made from angle iron and the bottom shelf is a steel mesh panel (as was used on the stair railing). All metal work is left exposed and unfinished.
