Thank you for your inquiry. I can not remember the sq ft on this project. It started out as a garage with space above it, then a few years later we added an addition that included an upstairs living area. After that we came back and closed in the garage and made more living space in that area. The owners also had us build a detached garage. To answer the rest of your question, we have no size limits large or small and would be glad to work with you on what you have in mind.
