Best place to buy trees?

I need a new queen palm and would like a palo blanco. Any recommendations on where to buy? I need some place that will deliver and plant. Unfortunately, we don't seem to have any independent nurseries around my area. Lowes and Home Depot have take over. The other option is Moon Valley which people don't seem to like.
