My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thanks for your interest. I don't have the framing plan handy, but the beams are all dimensional lumber finished with acrylic stucco with integral color (Omega 9201 Featherly)

    what is the home exterior made of? And what would you call it If you were trying to explain to a builder or contractor?

    Thanks for your interest, the material is actually smooth acrylic stucco with integral color: Omega 9201 Featherly. It's applied just like any 3 coat stucco, the finish coat, however is this acrylic resin-based wet mix.
