good advise , I didn't think about that before painting the wall bleeker beige , I like that last pic of wallpaper,it has color and a hint of brown to go with furniture, the art piece is from overstock.com,its called steel 'nocturnal sonata' wall art, thanks!

I am by no means an expert, but I would put my money in furniture, drapes and art. Paint is your friend and much cheaper than wallpaper. Invest in the other things and then if you want wallpaper invest. I have lived in many homes over the years and there wasn't one wallpaper that I didn't get tired of eventually. Have fun shop flea markets, etc buy some timeless pieces that after 40 years you will still love.

Here are my 2 cents....Before you add any wallpaper, lower the TV. It is way too high on the wall. Also, I wouldn't do wallpaper on that wall. If you want to wallpaper an accent wall, do it on the wall behind your sofa.

Ithanks smh225 but I have furniture and art work as shown in the other pictures. my curtains are being custom made and I haven't received them yet and im pretty set on where I want the wallpaper at.im just interested in some wallpaper ideas to go with my living room decore, I will lower my t.v thanks for advice

Nothing like an opinion for all options! My first reaction was to paper the wall with the 'fishtank' art. The curtains and TV will make their wall plenty busy. So to take a leap, the space is a bit washed out with beige/brown on every surface. With that fab fuzzy rug I thought dark teal on the joining wall.

Let's see if I can inbed a picture like you did...

Check out hgtv wallpaper, really great affordable options. Your neck and friends will thank you for lowering the TV. Make sure you love the layout and it is functional before you wallpaper. You'll have to wallpaper around TV & stuff so make it perfect in advance. Best of luck!
