I didn't grow up canning and learned relatively late. I was thinking the other day how lucky I was to have this forum with our experts to learn from. I rejoined Pinterest recently and marked some canning forums and blogs. WOW. I'm so glad I didn't start with those references because I saw right away that the recipes they had were not safe or approved. For those newbies that get upset when told a certain recipe or product is not safe to can, be thankful!! Lori
