Thanks! This is actually a laundry room and pantry. The kitchen is in the next room. The L-shape space is approx 9' (sink wall) x 14' (w/d wall). It's around 130 sqft. total. We were able to remodel the space to give the client more storage for pots and pans and dishes, similar to a butler's pantry.
