Very nice house! Gray would be very chic, as would a reworked entry design. See Houzz photos under "gray tudor" for examples of your plans. Perhaps some tree limbing up would be a good idea, too.

I have definitely been looking at example photos. Many are not close enough to the look of our home to use unfortunately.

If you could show us the door, and tell us what to plan to do with the entry, we might be able to help a bit more.

If it's the same as the stuff around the windows, then I'd say this is a perfect time to simply get rid of it, it's not attractive at all.

Then mimic the design on the left side of the house, placing wooden strips on the right, to add better Tudor design. You could probably find a designer/architect to help for very little money, and it would be well worth it.

Just Google or search for Tudor design and you'll see how lovely your new home could look. Congrats on the new place!

You said you are working on the interior, and while you are there, I'd recommend looking at that roof line. That sagging could be due to things like moisture venting into the roof, or the knee wall was removed when a ceiling was raised, etc, etc. I'd put your money into fixing that before beautifying the house. That looks far more serious than a paint job. Just sayin...
