Well, you didn't provide much in the way of criteria to weigh your needs against these by, so purely on my opinion as you ask, then: meh, they are light weight drop in cooktops. I don't see the advantage over a range of equal quality. If I were to go with a drop in because, say, I wanted a separate wall oven, then I would look at the BlueStar drop in 36" and if I didn't have space I'd move to the 30" drop in. If the BlueStar is too industrial looking I'd look at the Wolf. Of the three you listed, the Dacor reads the best, then Bosch second. The Smeg is just plain terrible based on the specs listed.

30" with high power burner in the middle. Imaging placing a 12 - 14" wok in the middle, it would be pretty tight, if possible at all, for other regular sized pots to use the surrounding burners.

I am sorry. I forgot to describe what my kitchen plan is. I have a small kitchen, so only 30 inch will fit. I definitely will get a 24" Miele Steam oven. I plan to install under the cooktop. One of constraint I have is due to layout of the kitchen. The power burner has to on the right or in the middle, because the left is a hallway. I have been looking and looking. I can imagine the wok in the middle is tight, but not sure which one to get. I guess there is no perfect solution.

Thank you for your help
