My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Do you use galvanized steel for frame underneath for areas near the ocean and do you powdercoat?

    We powder coat the steel. We also use a tinted caulking to seal the steel to the wood.

    Sure thing. Might want to do 2 gates...one active, and the other that is secured with a cane bolt...But able to open when you like. I could send you a drawing, and let me know please if there are posts already in place please. email me if you like.

    Sure, send me the rough opening size, and a picture if you can. Also what the gate will hang onto. We also have several hinge and slide bolt options.
