My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Deborah- this was the clients "owned" table, an heirloom/vintage from a family member that we paired with some new chairs, light fixture and demi-lune cabinet. The china cabinet was from the same "set" so I changed and replicated the hardware on it to look similar to the new demi-lune cabinet on the right................there are always ways to coordinate owned items in an environment while making it all look current and fresh!
