My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Fireplace surround

I have been trying to find a modern sophisticated looking fireplace and you have captured it. Could you please tell me the tile around it or is it all a set unit? If so where can one acquire this? Thank you so much in advance.

    Thank you. The fireplace was clad with honed Zimbabwe black granite, same as we used on the kitchen counter. A good stone and tile contractor can help you with this.

    The floor were prefinished by the flooring contractor: Gaetano Wood Floors of Huntington Beach, CA.
