My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

How did you accomplish the ceiling/tent effect

    It was custom made for this project. The tenting fabric is actually painters canvas! The poles were closet poles from Lowes, stained and installed by a carpenter. The grommets were installed with a grommet press and tied together with leather. It can certainly be accomplished by a competent DIYer ;-)
