Its inexpensive enough, why not buy a couple extras? Then if one gets really damaged, you'll have the right thing on hand. What I've found is that some things are discontinued. which can make matching or replacing them impossible.

Pam - such a good idea esp since I don't think the hole spacing is the norm.

I bought different handles from ikea, which are now a year old and have held up well. Only thing to know is the screws are European sizes and we needed to buy longer screws then what came with the handles. The can be a little tough to find.
