Best-behaved Man Cave I've ever seen! The space doesn't reflect the personality or interests of the occupant. The workout area needs a fridge for water, the TV area needs at least one more table at the other end of the seating, not to mention some man cave wall decor and a rug. Where is the snack and drinks station/bar? The pool table? See Houzz photos under "man cave" for ideas of how to add some machismo, in moderation, of course. By the way, if the paneling is glued to the wall, removal is going to require drywall repair, so painting it might make more sense.
