Has anyone had success with Golden Currant in the Cincinnati, Ohio area. I would like to grow it for the fruit and flowers.

I have clay soil (fun fun).

I have also seen conflicting information on how wet it likes to be. I have seen - it grows on the sides of streams to keep it dry.
