We have this ranch fixer upper under contract and the sellers have agreed to put on a new roof before we move in. Now we just have to figure out the color from 2,000 miles away! I'm leaning towards a charcoal/black for the roof and maybe white or cream for the trim, but am unsure. We don't plan on ever painting the brick, but may replace porch railings down the road. Currently, we're just hoping to modernize it a bit using color only. Any thoughts/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
