A rug below dining table/chairs (if you could find one (circular?) to define the space and add warmth. Plants either side of windows. Plates appear o be hung too high. Painting on left wall looks to small or could add others to create a grouping. Even a very narrow console below the painting (with/without a display) might add some interest and eliminate bare look. Picture in acrylic near breakfast bar may need a frame or something to 'warm' it up. Maybe a low centerpiece/floral arrangement on table to draw the eye as the chairs are nearly the same height as table and that is 'distracting'. The windows look great with just the shutters.
