Favorite potting soil?

I used Miracle Gro "Moisture Control" potting soil last year to fill my window boxes and the pots I have around the yard. It seemed heavy and to stay overly wet, grew moss on top. Anyone have a favorite potting soil they have good results with here in the moist Puget Sound area?

I'm in PDX, and use Kellogg Organic Patio Plus regularly. It's top notch and cheaper than that Scotts garbage. Highly recommend. You can get it at Home Depot as well.

I mix mine,60-70% Pine bark mulch,20% peat moss and 10-20% perlite. Brady
