It's a Studio Shed w/ super insulation. I was hired to complete the insides of the building. I sealed all contacts on the insides where wall studs met plywood siding w/ closed cell foam. The ceiling got 8 " of foam insulation. Then we wrapped the walls w/ reinforced plastic and blew cellulose into all wall cavities reaching an R-24-26 value. Then drywall was installed and the after it was finished we installed the beetle kill pine ceiling, bk window, bk door and bk base trim. A small radiator style finned space heater heats the place in about 10-15 minutes.
