This is the worst flooring product I have ever encountered. It is extremely difficult to maintain despite all the manufacturers claims. I have been in contact with Duchateau and they have informed me that I must deal with the company that sold the product to me. The flooring company from whom I purchase the product is still waiting for answers. I would think at the very minimum DuChateau would send one of their reps out to take a look at the floor but as of yet it has not occurred.It also scratches very easily. I would not recommend purchasing this product.
