My 3035 handles a king bed sheet set with 4 pillowcases weekly. It also handles a Sferra quilted king matelasse blanket cover which is large as it falls to the floor all around the bed but is not very thick. It routinely does king blankets and it handles PB queen quilt that my old Asko never got fully wet even with 3 runs through.

Dog bed shouldn't be an issue (though I'd want to run a Sanitize cycle before I washed clothes again).

It's such a good machine I wouldn't let a comforter stand in the way. But best to call and ask them.

I had a Bosch Axxis pair in our apartment which did a very good job. Washer was 24" front loader but had a larger capacity - king quilt should be no problem with that. It's not as heavy duty as the Miele -- it's more of an apartment machine and the hot and sanitize cycles are not as effective. But it might merit a look.

Many like Speed Queen. (You might want to take this post over to the Laundry Room forum).

Thanks! I truly have to wash the king comforters weekly due to allergies. I have been looking at the speed queen, I would like a few more wash cycles than I can seem to get there, but its still on my short list . I will try posting in Laundry Room as well.
