I am in the beginning research phase of a budget remodel of a 3/4 bath in my 1925 English cottage and I am considering putting a window in the shower to let light and views into the room. The window would be high enough to maintain privacy but still allow some views of sky and trees. I was planning to tile all around the window. Most of the windows in the house are original wood casement style but I want to put in a good window that will last in this challenging location. The tile most likely would be subway size since I bought 2 colors at a huge discount. I would appreciate any tips on doing a smart installation.
