This simply means that you are a fan of Houzz and are getting updates via your news feed. The photos that you are seeing aren't being seen by your friends. If you want to look into removing any updates from Houzz, then you will have to look at your Facebook settings, but then you won't receive the updates of Houzz via Facebook. Just remember that they are being seen by you, and not by your friends on your wall unless you share them.
